Author Guidelines

Articles submitted must be in line with the following guidelines:

  1. The manuscript must be scholarly and original, engage an academic discussion of topics in the field of Indonesian Islamic Family Law;
  2. The article should be unpublished and not under review for possible publication in other journals;
  3. The article may include results of research, surveys, and a review of the book;
  4. The article should present an argument, finding, or thesis that contributes to the academic review and be described systematically.
  5. The manuscript is written in English.

  7. The article can be edited and corrected by the editors without changing the content.
  8. The title should be concise and to the point, no more than 14 words;
  9. The manuscript's abstract is written in English and Bahasa Indonesia with 150-200 words and contains an introduction, aims, methods, and findings.
  10. The article keywords consist of 4-8 words;
  11. The article’s length is about 6000-9000 words, excluding the bibliography.
  12. The manuscript must be typed based on the Article Template
  13. Footnotes and References follow the Chicago Manual of Style 17thedition (full note) utilizing the Reference Manager Tool, either Mendeley or Zotero
