Al-Hukama: The Indonesian Journal of Islamic Family Law is published by the Islamic Family Law Department, Shariah and Law Faculty, Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel Surabaya. This journal contains various studies on Islamic Family Law in Indonesia. This journal is published twice a year (bianually): June and December. p-ISSN: 2089-7480 , e-ISSN: 2548-8147.

Authors who want to submit their manuscripts should obey the writing guidelines. If the manuscript submitted is not appropriate to the guidelines or written in a different format, it will be rejected by the editors before further review. The editors will only accept manuscripts that meet the assigned format. 

Since volume 13, the manuscript has been published in English. Therefore, the prioritized manuscript is an English manuscript, considering the quality.
