AL HUKAMA CALLS FOR PAPERS 2024

The Al-Hukama: The Indonesian Journal of Islamic Family Law invites scholars and researchers to submit their original research articles for Vol. 14, No. 1 and No. 2, 2024. All articles should address Islamic Family Law Issues in Indonesia from various approaches, such as gender, history, sociology, anthropology, ethnography, psychology, philosophy (ushul fiqh and philosophy of law), human rights, disability and minorities, digital discourse, and others, covering theoretical and practical studies.
